Often, to review for a summative assessment, students are given a practice test and then put into homogenous groups for reteaching of missed content. In this session, we will share how review can be done in a re-engaging and collaborative way, using the Math Language Routines to highlight students’ strengths and connect current student knowledge to the concepts they have not mastered… yet.
