All educators have unique experiences and visions for a powerful math classroom. How can a coach appreciate individual differences while supporting each educator's learning path? By building on educators’ strengths as well as our own coaching successes, participants will identify coaching opportunities that align with individual strengths, shifting towards a strengths-based and adaptive practice.
